Picaro is an eclectic and lively Spanish restaurant that specializes in tapas, paellas and sangria. The family-owned and operated restaurant has been around since 1982. What began as a humble Spanish café quickly grew in popularity. By 1994, Picaro had evolved into the first tapas restaurant in San Francisco.
